About the speaker:
Dr. Michael McLean, Ph.D, M.Sc, is the vice president of Clinical Laboratory and Technology Development for Oxford Biomedical Laboratory. Dr. McLean’s Ph.D is in Dietetics and Nutrition and his professional background includes research, development, and clinical trials. He is an adjunct professor at Palm Beach State College, Florida, and has published numerous papers on a variety of nutrition topics.
